property is the perfect location for the family wanting to
be close to the excitement of International Drive, couples
getting away for a short break, as well as the discerning
business travelers in town for a meeting or a big

Only about 8 miles from Walt Disney World, 10 minutes from
Universal Studios and about 5 minutes from SeaWorld
Adventure Park, which includes the new Waterpark, Aquatica,
Vista Cay at Harbor Square is located in Orlando 's newest
development, Universal Boulevard and is at the center of
some of Orlando 's greatest experiences.
This wonderful resort is also only a short drive from
Orlando International Airport and is on the US 528
expressway from which every attraction and shopping center
can easily be reached.

and even the dining table does have the option to become a
full gaming table for the poker players among you!

Cancellation Policy:
The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to 7 days
before the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest
exercises their right to cancel, the Company will levy the
following cancellation policy penalty rates of the Total
Rental Fee (amount shown on booking confirmation).

to arrival, $50 administration fee plus tax
- Between 30 and 14
Days prior to arrival, 25%
- Less than 14 Days
prior to arrival, 50%
- Less than 7 days
prior to arrival, 100%
Cancellations at any
time when the rental period falls over Holidays and Peak
Seasons are subject to a 100% of the total rental fee
penalty.
The Company regrets
that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges
above, whatever the circumstances, and reminds clients that
any refunds due to them due to cancellation, which were
originally paid by Credit Card, will be subject to a 4%
merchant fee to cover costs incurred by The company in
processing the original reservation.
