Address: 218 Holborn Loop, Davenport, FL 33897. Westridge community features a club house with gym and tennis courts and a large pool in walking distance which are free to use during your stay. Villa Westridge features:

- Sitting and Dining Room with 18' vaulted ceilings

- 2 master bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms

- fully fitted kitchen including cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation: Any cancellation of 60 days or more before the rental date will result in a loss of the booking deposit unless a subsequent booking is received to replace your original dates. In the case of a subsequent booking, the deposit money will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations of between 30 and 60 days before the rental date will result in a 25% refund of the rental fee including the deposit. If a subsequent rental is received, the entire amount will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. Any paid pool heat charges are fully refundable.
