Whether you want to visit the Disney and surrounding Orlando area attractions, shop, dine or simply relax by your own pool, then this is certainly the place for you.

You will be close to all of the major Florida attractions, and keen golfers will certainly not be disappointed with the varied and many championship courses nearby.

A Management company is on hand to help with Tee Times, and any attractions tickets you may require, along with any other information you may need, or indeed to answer any questions you may have regarding the surrounding areas.

With 4 bedrooms (two of which are Master Suites boasting en-suite facilities), and 3 bathrooms, the villa can comfortably sleep from 2 to 10 people (10 people when using the sofa bed), leaving enough personal space for those quiet times you may want to spend alone.

Villa Key Breeze has all the amenities and appliances you will need, including washer/dryer. cable TV, Playstation2/DVD, full kitchen and much much more to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and carefree as possible.

The Villa has its own south east facing pool with extended deck/patio area with a covered lanai. So there is always somewhere for you to cool down after a day at one of the many parks Orlando has to offer.

The living area boasts a large screen TV with a Playstation2/DVD player along with a selection of games and movies. A comfortable sofa which converts into a queen sized bed if required, there is also a love seat, side and coffee tables. You will find a telephone where all local calls are FREE, and for long distance calls a credit card can be used.

The Dining nook faces out to the front of the property and has room for 8 diners.

In the Kitchen, which is fully fitted, you will find a range oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, double sink with waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. All this, plus all diner plates and glasses, cooking and eating utensils.

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of USD$250 will be required at the time of booking which is non-refundable.

Cancellation will not incur any charges (except loss of deposit), up to 8 weeks before travel.

Cancellation between 6 and 8 weeks before start date will incur a charge of 25% of total cost, plus deposit.

Cancellation between 2 and 6 weeks before start date will incur a charge of 50% of total cost, plus deposit.

Cancellation within 2 weeks of start date will incur a charge of 100% of total cost.
