The vacation home is located within the new and exclusive resort community of Highgrove which is near where US 27 and US 192 meet i.e. at the western end of Kissimmee.

The villa has 4 full bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, pool patio, laundry room, large private swimming pool and spa (heatable) and a double garage. The home is situated on a premium plot overlooking the peaceful community commons and has no other pool or home backing into it.

LOW SEASON: $ 95.00 per day.....January, February, May, November

MID SEASON: $105.00 per day.....March, April, September, October

HOLIDAY SEASON: $125.00 per day....Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year

All prices above do not include a 13% mandatory Florida tax.

Weekly rates: 7 times weekly rate for stays of 6 nights or more. Monthly rates: 25 times the nightly rate.

Pool Heat is available optionally at $100 USD/week. Sorry, pool heat is not available on a nightly basis due to heat pump limitations (needs to be started more than a day before heated pool use)

$200 per week secures the booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.

A security deposit of $250 is required and is payable with balance.

Cancellation Policy: If the guest wishes to cancel the booking he should advise the owners agent by fax or e-mail. The owner shall be entitled to retain all payments already made (except the Security Deposit) and to recover, if not already paid the balance of the rental charge as follows:
