Further Description: Villa Fantasia is a professionally decorated and landscaped, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, private model home, just 2 miles from Disney's door. Enjoy your own in ground heated pool, hot tub, and loaded, air conditioned, game room. It has lush landscaping, on a quiet street. Villa Fantasia was the model home for the Oak Island Cove Development so you can be assured that you will be staying in the best landscaped and decorated home in the area. The pool and deck area is fully screened. It features an in ground heated pool, a 5 person hot tub, 4 loungers with cushions, a patio table with seating for ten, and a propane BBQ grill. The lanai is accessed from 2 different sliding glass doors. Villa Fantasia has 4 bedrooms. 2 Master bedrooms, each with king sized bed, private bath, and cable TV. 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds, cable TV, and a VCR. These 2 bedrooms share a bath. There is a hair, blow dryer in each bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, tableware, utensils, and a side by side refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. There is also a full size washer and dryer, and an iron, with ironing board, in the laundry room.

The upgraded, carpeted living room has a 27 inch TV, with cable, DVD player, VCR, and a Sony Playstation2. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa, and plenty of pillows to use while lounging.

All your bath and pool towels, and linens are provided. For your security, there is an alarm system, and a wall safe for your valuables. There also is an intercom system with a radio, and a cassette player, that can be piped in throughout the house, and the lanai area.

Fantasia's fully finished, air conditioned, game room is incredible! It has an 8 foot commercial billiards table, a top of the line foosball table, an electronic dart board, a TV, a stereo, with CD and cassette players, a futon, and a computer with internet access at no charge. That's right, no charge! So you can check your email, find discount tickets, make dinner reservations, or get directions, it's on us. Please note that our gameroom is a fully finished room, not a garage with a pool table in it. Whether it's raining outside, or if you are back from a long day at the attractions, you can play to your hearts content in your own private, air conditioned game room.

No other rental home can offer all that Villa Fantasia does. Every convenience has been thought of, and is at your fingertips. Adults, teenagers, or children, one family or two, this home accommodates everyone.
