Other Features: The villa constructed only in 2005, is a large two story 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa. Most rooms have ceiling fans and the villa has a approximately 500 + sq. feet of screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment.

Upon entering the villa you will see the large and spacious formal living room and dining room which is furnished to a very high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. The dining area allows you to be that little bit more formal should the occasion arise.

The large kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining facilities. The kitchen breakfast and snack bar is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. There is also a separate 'breakfast nook' just off the kitchen area overlooking the private swimming pool that allows you take leisurely early morning starts at your own pace.

The kitchen then gives way to a very spacious and open plan family room which consists of a large living area with TV and access to over 70 channels plus a DVD player. Again this room is furnished to a very high standard.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with a en-suite bathroom and private access to the swimming pool. Every single bedroom has a TV with cable access to over 70 channels. The 4 bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people. The 2nd bedroom features a another king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms have twin beds and one of these rooms has been themed as a Finding Nemo room which was designed especially for the younger children. Both rooms share the 3rd bathroom.
