restful place". If you are looking for the perfect vacation villa, look no
further Utopia is located in the beautiful exclusive gated community of
Formosa Gardens. This 4000 square foot, seven bedroom, six bath villa is two
miles from Disney.

Boasting four King suites, one Queen suite, and two children's rooms decorated
in true Disney fashion - Minnie and Mickey in the tropics, and Pooh and Tigger
on safari.

Formosa Gardens Estates is a luxury, executive, gated community within two miles
of Walt Disney World and is superbly placed for all of central Florida's
attractions. The smoke-free villa is only a one-minute drive to a grocery store,
pharmacy, medical walk in clinic, and many restaurants.

After a long hot day at the parks relax and enjoy the tropically landscaped pool
area, consisting of a sports pool for volleyball, mouse-eared kiddie pool and
oversized spa. Satellite DIRECT TV and movies can be watched on the 53 inch big
screen in the spacious family room or the private TV's in all bedrooms. The
games room has its own TV and a regulation sized billiards table.

Utopia is baby friendly. We supply at no cost, a crib, highchair, stroller, baby
gates, bedrails, pack N play, and even a baby monitor so Mom can enjoy the pool
while baby sleeps.

Need to get some work done? We have a computer with FREE permanent internet
connection DSL high speed, printer and fax machine.

The fully equipped Kitchen and Dining Room can seat up to 16 should you choose
to have a home cooked meal. Or just go poolside and enjoy the barbecue. In the
evening put the kids to bed and relax in the spa under the stars.
