POOL HEATING VERY IMPORTANT NOTE PLEASE READ
We now have two kinds of heating available for our home.
STANDARD HEATING: In weather not less than 50 deg.
overnight temp.
$30.00 per night.
Standard heating will heat both the pool and spa to a maximum Temp. of 80 to 85
deg. As long as the air temp is no lower than 50 to 60 deg. ( overnight Temp ). Over night
cold weather will chill the pool water so we highly recommend using the pool blanket to
keep the heat in.
TURBO HEATING
$45.00 per night
Turbo Heating is used during the deepest winter months when overnight air temps
are between 30 to 50 deg. The Temp is turned onto turbo heating
Pool heating will be 85 to 90 deg. and the spa max 104 deg, again it is
requested that the pool blankets are put on at night to keep the cold air from chilling
down the water Temp.
All pool prices are subject to 12% tax
Barbecue per rental $25.00 plus Tax per week.
Cot and High Chair per rental $25.00 plus Tax per week.
Clean Fee payable for any rental under 7 nights $155.00 plus Tax.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit only returned when rebooked less $100
cancellation fee 12 weeks or less monies refunded only if new booking can be found. Full
written notification will be required to cancel E Mails not accepted.
*Note:$30.00 will be non
refundable due to admin cost and although credit cards will be accepted there is not a
credit charge and checks would be preferred.
There will be a $500.00 refundable breakage's
deposit taken when full balance is due this is refunded 1 week after client leaves when
our house maids have finished their clean and checked for breakage's or missing items The
barbecue when hired must be left clean if not $50.00 will be taken from the breakage's
deposit as the maintenance men have to clean this item.
