All the rooms have been completely fitted with new high quality furniture/furnishings, window treatments, luxury linens, superior electronics (LCD flat screen tv's with built-in DVD players in most rooms) and those extra little touches that make it feel extra special, free wireless high-speed internet access (via your own laptop) and cable tv is available throughout the home as well as free long distance phone calls to the USA, Western Europe including the uk,The formal living room area features two 3 seater sofas with side tables and a coffee table. The dining area features a large wooden dining table to seat 8 guest's with more seating in the kitchen diner area. 

The large open plan kitchen/diner and family area feature a 42" plasma widescreen TV with DVD player and SONY PS2 Games console with 20 games, The family area has a 3 seater, 2 seater and single armchair, The kitchen area will dine 6 guests for family meals with another table in the dining area to seat another 8 guest's offering total seating for 14 adults for those large gatherings like thanksgiving and christmas and we also have two baby feeding chairs. The kitchen comes fully fitted with brand new electrical appliances including ceramic cooker/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice cube maker, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, pots/pans. A downstairs w/c is located off the family room as is a laundry room complete with a brand new washing machine and tumble dryer & iron/ironing board.

The ground floor has a luxurious master bedroom with a large king size bed and a large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. This room has just been fitted with brand new furniture/furnishings, luxury linens with matching window treatments, ceiling fan, Flat screen LCD TV with cable, with sliding doors leading straight out onto the pool area. The bathroom boasts granite countertops, a modern granite vessel sink and a roman tub and a walk in shower.

The double garage has been converted into a full games room complete with air conditioning (rare at Emerald Island), Floor carpeting, brand new 8ft slate pool table, basketball hoop game and table air hockey game and built-in seating area for the spectators!

There are six more bedrooms upstairs. The second master bedroom features a king size bed / luxury linens, ensuite bathroom with double sized walk in shower, ceiling fan,  LCD TV with cable and a large walk in closet.

The third large bedroom has a large queen size bed with luxury linens, LCD TV with built-in DVD player..

The fourth and fifth large bedrooms both feature queen sized beds with luxury linens, ample storage space, LCD TV's with built-in DVD players.

The sixth and seventh kids bedrooms both feature white wooden bunkbeds and a single bed to sleep 3 kids or 3 adults in each room comfortably with plenty of space for toys and clothes and both rooms have  LCD Tv's with built in Dvd Players to keep the kids quiet!

We also have the the following baby equipment : 2 x Baby feeding Highchairs, 2 x Door gates, 1 x Mobile Cot/crib, 1 x Stroller/Pushchair and all the items are included in the rental prices and we don't charge any extra for them like other renters do.

And of course, no Florida home is complete without an oversized screened pool area with privacy screening, accessed through sliding doors from either the kitchen, family room or ground floor master bedroom. The pool & spa each have their own heating systems (optional on booking see terms for prices) so you can either have a hot spa or both pool and spa pool. There is also ample outdoor seating inc loungers for all guest's and we would recommend renting a BBQ for your stay at only $45 a week inc gas.
