Further Description: Situated in the magnificent gated resort of
Emerald Island is our luxurious air-conditioned Palm Oasis Villa which has 7 bedrooms and
sleeps up to 16 people in lavishness and comfort. Encircled by a protected buffer of
woodlands and wetlands, Emerald Island Resort is a "land island" amidst a sea of
lush vegetation. Located only 2 miles from Disney World, and very short distances from
hundreds of other attractions and restaurants.

There are 7 LUXURIOUS BEDROOMS and 5.5 BATHROOMS in total (approx.
3900 square feet). There are 3 master suites each with king size beds and their own
private bathrooms, 1 queen size bed, 6 twin size beds, and a sofa bed.
- Master Suite 1 on ground floor with plush king size bed and
private bathroom suite.
- Master Suites 2 & 3 on 2nd floor with plush king size beds
each with private bathroom suites.
- Bedroom 4 with queen size bed and shared full bathroom.
- Bedrooms 5, 6 & 7 each with 2 twin size beds for a total of 6
beds and shared access to 2 full bathrooms.
- There is also a double sofabed located on the ground floor which

There is a large and well-equipped kitchen with an island,
breakfast table, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher plus crockery and
cutlery to cater for your needs. The villa's seating areas consist of a living room,
family room with wide-screen TV, landing area lounge and nook area. The dining room can
comfortably seat 8. Plenty of space so you never feel crowded. Our home benefits from
central air conditioning and is decorated and furnished above that expected for rental
property.
There are 2 GAMES ROOMS for your families
enjoyment, equipped with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, darts, board games, TV, VCR, and playstation 2.
The home has its own ENLARGED PRIVATE SOUTH-FACING POOL &
JACUZZI, plus 10 foot covered lanai for shade, so you can unwind after a busy day at the
parks. The pool is enclosed with a screen from all sides and is south facing. The view
from the pool deck and backyard is of a wooded conservation area with a lake so there is
more privacy than most properties in Emerald Island. The villa also has a BBQ grill in the
backyard available for your use at any time.
The cleaning is done after you leave and is paid for by myself
(unless your stay is less than 6 nights). Linens and towels are already provided for in
every room and bathroom. There is a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board available
inside the home at no additional cost. We have also provided a cot and high chair for your
use at no extra cost.
Located only two miles from Walt Disney World and a short walk or
drive to shopping and dining, 2 supermarkets and many golf courses, this
"island" serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to
everything the world's most popular destination with millions of visitors a year has to
offer.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, Holding Deposit is
non-refundable. If after full balance is paid, cancellation within 30 - 60 days prior to
arrival date, 50% of rental funds are refundable. Less than 30 days, no refund. We
strongly recommend clients take out appropriate travel insurance protection to avoid the
risk.
