Further Description: The villa constructed only in May 2005, is a large single story 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa Most rooms have ceiling fans and the villa has a approximately 500 + sq. feet of screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment.

Upon entering the villa you will see the large and spacious living room and dining room which is furnished to a very high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. The dining area allows you to be that little bit more formal. The open plan area consists of the living room with TV and access to over 70 channels and a DVD. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining facilities. The kitchen breakfast and snack bar is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with a en-suite bathroom and private access to out swimming pool and spa. Every single bedroom has TV with cable access to over 70 channels. The 4 bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms have twin beds and one one of these rooms has been themed as a Finding Nemo room which was designed especially for the younger children. Both rooms share a bathroom.

The private pool at the rear of our villa has a separate spa/Jacuzzi from the main swimming area as well as electric pool heating. So no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. It also boasts another TV which is placed up in the corner of the covered deck so you can enjoy TV whilst you relax outside.
