Description:  Southern Dunes is a gated community benefiting from 24-hour security. In addition to the premier 72 par golf course, it also offers a club house with bar and restaurant, tennis courts, a communal Olympic size swimming pool, library, gym and games room. A bank and 24 hour supermarket is located just outside the gates.

Our house has 7 bedroooms - 2 masters with double beds and 5 twin bedded rooms. There is plenty of living space: 2 family rooms, a dining room, breakfast nook andd fully equipped kitchen. The house is beautifully situated overlooking the 14th fairway of a the four star golf course at the back. It has its own heated swimming pool and is a 1 minute walk from a newly built club house.

Inside the house is air conditioned and equipped to a very high standard:
There are 2 en-suite master double-bedded rooms  and 5 twin- bedded rooms.
There is a 25" remote control cable television and video recorder together with a hi-fi in the family room and a 19" remote control television in the master bedroom. Telephones (free local calls) in kitchen and master bedrooms. A cot and high chair are also provided.

The kitchen, in addition to the usual facilities, includes a fridge/freezer with icemaker, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and waste disposal unit in twin sink. The laundry room contains an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board

The house can comfortably  sleep 14 plus a baby (up to 16 if required -one of the sofas in the family room converts to a double bed). Crockery, cutlery, bed linen and towels are provided.


Policies:  1.Your Contract
The signing of the booking form acts as confirmation of a firm booking and acceptance of these conditions. At the time of final payment, we ask you to provide us with your estimated time of arrival and flight number.

2. Payment
You pay a deposit of $250 per week at the time of booking. The balance will be due 8 weeks before departure. If the balance is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

3. A damage deposit of $200 is payable on arrival to our management company from whom you collect the keys. This deposit is returnable to you after your departure.

4. Changing your booking
If, after confirmation of your booking, you wish to change your booking, we will do our best to help but alternative dates cannot be guaranteed.

5.Complaints
In the event of any problems with the house, please notify our management company as soon as they are discovered. Any other complaints must be notified to us within 28 days of your return.
 
6. Accommodation
The accommodation provided is not to be used to sleep any more than the agreed number of occupants. No clothing, bedding or other linen shall be dried or aired in any outdoor area.
Check in time is 1600 hours and check out time 10.30 hours of the day of departure.

7. Insurance
It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance cover for all members of your party for personal injury etc. All members of the party use the pool at their own risk and children should be supervised at all times.

8. Reductions
No reductions or credit notes will be given in the event of a 'Force Majeure' i.e. war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, accident, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, airline failure, closure of airports, or ports or adverse weather conditions.

9. Price Guarantee
We guarantee that the price of your accommodation will not be subject to any surcharge.

10. Our responsibility
We accept responsibility for ensuring that our property, which you book with us, is as described in our brochure and is to a reasonable standard.

Cancellation Policy:  3. Cancellation
You may cancel your holiday at any time, providing that the person signing the booking form does so in writing. We will retain your deposit and in addition, may apply cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below:
