This superb townhouse is situated in the
premier resort of Windsor Hills, an upscale gated community,
about 2 miles from Walt Disney World. A 3 bed / 3 bath home,
Shangri-La enjoys a prime location, directly opposite the
clubhouse.

Windsor Hills is a quiet, superbly
situated resort, very close to the Walt Disney World theme
parks, and is widely regarded as the premier vacation resort in
the Kissimmee area.
It is certainly one of the most popular,
and it is easy to see why.
The amenities are a major plus here and
include a superb games room, a fantastic oversized heated
community pool with a slide, a fitness centre, and clubhouse, to
name but a few!. There are also several other play areas
designed exclusively for children in a resort that very much
puts the family first.
There is also a small shop on site to buy
the essentials and a shuttle service to the theme parks is
available.
One point worth noting is that Windsor
Hills does not offer internet access, although there is a
'hotspot' just outside the main clubhouse where a signal can be
picked up for those with laptops.
Windsor Hills is less than 3 miles from
Walt Disney World, and about 20 minutes from Universal, 15
minutes from Sea World and an hour from Kennedy Space Center.
A spacious 3 bedroom home, with 3
bathrooms, Shangri-La is very nicely furnished with your comfort
in mind.
It sleeps 6 people comfortably, the
bedrooms consisting of 2 Masters, both with Queen size bed and
full en-suite facilities and a third queen size room that at the
moment caters for children of a younger age, though we are
planning to renovate this to a twin bedroom in May 2008.
Please note there is not a sofa bed in
the main living area.
Other features of Shangri-La include a
compact kitchen, stylish living room and dining area, and a
laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The main living area also boasts a 32
inch television, with DVD player and VCR, and a sound system.
There is also a Playstation 2 available
for use, and the home does have high-speed internet access,
which is offered free of charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped too with a
dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine,
toaster, waste disposal and telephone.
All linens and towels are supplied for
your stay in all our homes, with all kitchen utensils and
crockery provided too.
Sliding patio doors from the living area
lead onto a small patio where you will find an enclosed splash
pool. This is 12 feet square and is a great feature that many
townhouses in other resorts do not have.
There is a jacuzzi setting on this pool
as well, which makes it operate like a spa, a feature that has
been extremely popular with our guests.

Cancellation Policy: The
Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to 7 days before
the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest exercises their
right to cancel, the Company will levy the following
cancellation policy penalty rates of the Total Rental Fee
(amount shown on booking confirmation).

Cancellations at any time
when the rental period falls over Holidays and Peak Seasons are
subject to a 100% of the total rental fee penalty.
The Company regrets that
it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above,
whatever the circumstances, and reminds clients that any refunds
due to them due to cancellation, which were originally paid by
Credit Card, will be subject to a 4% merchant fee to cover costs
incurred by The company in processing the original reservation.
