High Season -$170 Easter, New Years, Thanksgiving, Christmas, June, July, August

Less than 7 nights there is a cleaning fee for all homes,

Deposit to reserve the home is $250.00.
The Cancellation Policy:
7 days of less, full forfeiture of all monies
8 – 30 days, the equivalent of 3 nights rent
31 days+ $75.00 processing fee
Cancellation Policy for 4 bedroom homes:
Full balance due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled in the last 60 days, full forfeiture of all monies
If cancel 61 days or more $250.00
