Seasons is a very nice community, built
in 2005, and is situated on the east side of US 192, close to
some great shopping and fine restaurants.
This places Seasons only 6 miles from
Walt Disney World which gives it an ideal location for a
vacation home.
Universal is about 25 minutes away, Sea
World 20 minutes and Kennedy Space Center about an hour away.
There are plenty of local shops and
attractions nearby and it is worth noting that there is a
Wal-Mart superstore only a 5 minute walk away.
Seasons is very well maintained by the
local homeowners association and is one of the better
communities on this side of town.
The amenities at Seasons include a play
area and a walking track around the lake, but it is the setting
and appearance of Seasons that makes it unquestionably one of
the more popular communities of its kind in the area.

Cancellation Policy: The Guest may cancel
their booking at any time up to 7 days before the Rental Period.
In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the
Company will levy the following cancellation policy penalty
rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on booking
confirmation).
- Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50
administration fee plus tax
- Between 30 and 14 Days prior to
arrival, 25%
- Less than 14 Days prior to arrival, 50%
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100%
Cancellations at any time when the rental
period falls over Holidays and Peak Seasons are subject to a
100% of the total rental fee penalty.
The Company regrets that it is unable to
waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the
circumstances, and reminds clients that any refunds due to them
due to cancellation, which were originally paid by Credit Card,
will be subject to a 4% merchant fee to cover costs incurred by
