Description:  Situated in the new Lake Berkley Resort, a gated community developed around lakes, which offers tennis courts, volleyball, beach, and nature trails. Pets are NOT allowed.

Our villa was completed in September 1999 and consists of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. one master bedroom has a king-size bed with cable TV and en suite bathroom with jaccuzi and walk-in shower unit.  the other master bedroom has a queen bed and cable Tv, the other two bedrooms feature two single beds (one with cable TV).The final bedroom has afull size bed.

The large living room is luxiously furnished, complete with satellite TV, video, and hi fi. There is also a 80 video library for your use. The large, fully-equipped kitchen features all the latest modern conveniences. The villa has a breakfast nook, dining room, a utility room complete with washer and dryer, and a two car garage.

A fully screened, large pool and spa with an enlarged the pool deck are also featured to enable you relax and enjoy the pool area. The pool has fibre optic lights which give a fantastic show in the evening. The gardens have numerous plants and palm trees as well as a barbecue. The rear garden and pool view is of a small lake which is bordered by conservation area.

Cancellation Policy:
Payment balance due 8 weeks before Arrival date plus a damage/security deposit of us $200 per week is required. The security deposit is refundable immediately after your holiday upon receipt of a satisfactory report from the local Management Company.

Applicants canceling a booking up to 8 weeks prior to arrival dates will lose their deposit.
We will refund your deposit only if we can replace your booking dates with another guest.
Guests canceling a booking within 6 weeks before arrival dates will be liable for the total cost of their rental.
