LCD TV/DVD and plenty of lounge chairs and
table. Perhaps best of all, the home
includes a screened SWIMMING POOL and fully
furnished lanai area with an above-ground,
multi-jet HOT TUB to soak away the day's
activities while enjoying the relaxing view
of orange trees and blue sky.
The house is stocked with sheets, towels and
plenty of pillows, and the kitchen is
fully-equipped with appliances, pots and
pans and service for 16 to meet all of your
dining needs. There is a formal dining area
for displaying and enjoying your culinary
delights where you can sit and relax over
your meal as well as a breakfast nook for
your morning reading and repast. For your
convenience we have a laundry with washing
machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The location is ideal: close to all main
central-Florida attractions and within
minutes of supermarkets, restaurants, banks
and championship golf courses. The property
is situated within the peaceful Orange Tree
community surrounded by a conservation area
and orange groves and includes a 5 acre park
