Further Description: Our Florida vacation rental home, located at Emerald Island Resort just off of Highway 192, is a stunning property on a premium lot and has been furnished to a very high standard. Emerald Island Resort is one of the closest rental communities to Disney and is a favorite with regular travelers to the Disney area. This five start gated community offers exclusive resort facilities such as a club house with internet room, free use of a wireless network with internet access, spa, fitness room, nature trails and children's play areas . Our villa is located less than three miles from Disney, Orlando International Airport is just a 20 minute drive away, and a ten minute car journey will take you International Drive, the home of Universal Studios and a host of other attractions. Emerald Island Resort is ideally situated for the perfect vacation, using our luxurious home as your base you will be able to explore central Florida as well as both coastal regions and an y of the multitude of Florida State parks that the area has to offer.

The villa boasts five bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, a downstairs family shower room and an upstairs family bathroom, a private pool and a spa, a games room and of course air conditioning throughout. The downstairs master en suite bedroom has a king sized bed, the second en-suite bedroom is upstairs and has a queen sized bed, the third double bedroom has a full sized bed and the fourth and fifth bedrooms has twin single beds. The master en-suite bathroom has a large bath and a separate shower. For your entertainment we have installed Cable TV throughout the house and each bedroom as well as the living room has a TV with either DVD or VCR capability. One of the twin bedrooms has a Playstation 2 games console.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice making fridge/freezer and many other appliances. The separate utility room has a washer and a dryer and is also home for the iron and ironing board.

The villa is located on a premium lot providing a very nice private pool/spa area. Next to the home is a small landscaped park with toddlers play equipment. Guests can enjoy sitting in the sun on the extended pool deck and keep an eye on their children should they wish to go into the park. The pool deck is equipped with a safety fence so children can be kept safe when the pool is not in use. Sun loungers, pool chairs and tables and even pool towels are supplied along with numerous pool toys for your entertainment and enjoyment.

We live locally and manage the home ourselves so you can have total confidence in the quality of our home and the service provided to you. Unlike many other Florida vacation rentals, the keys are to be found at the property in a secure lock box ready for when you arrive. You do not have to pick them up from some remotely situated office or key box.
