Pongo s Paradise is an executive home, with a family atmosphere. There are many luxurious and personal touches throughout. Too many to individually mention, but here are just a few!

The large living room has a brand new addition---a 51 big screen television! The living room adjoins the kitchen and dining room and opens out onto the lanai where alfresco dining can be enjoyed well into any Florida evening.

The fully equipped kitchen is everything you will need from casual dining to preparing a gourmet meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook with a table and four chairs. There is also a separate dining room to accommodate up to 6 people.

We have also added High Speed Wireless Internet, which will allow you surf the net on your laptop from anywhere in the house or even by the pool!

The two twin bedrooms are themed decorated and are separated by a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with cable television.

Two Master Bedrooms, one with a KING size bed, the other a full, offer peaceful surroundings and ample storage for all of your belongings.

This villa has a private south facing pool with the added advantage of a privacy fence and shrubs for secluded swimming. There is also a covered lanai and comfortable pool furniture. We have just added a Free Standing Jacuzzi Style Spa/ Hot tub for even more enjoyment!

Indian Creek is a lakeside community boasting a recreation area with tennis courts, putting green, children's playground, and a multi-purpose court. Also, for those who like exercise, there is a jogging circuit around one of the storm lakes.

An excellent location, this villa is less than 4 miles to the magic of the Disney attractions, 1 mile south of the I-192 West and less than 1 mile to the Formosa Gardens shopping area on Highway 192.

Cancellation Policy: If the Guest wishes to cancel the booking he should advise the Owner immediately by telephone, or email followed by confirmatory letter.
