Descriptive Information: Chatham Park
is located just off the main US 192, in Kissimmee and is
very close to all the local attractions and amenities.
Despite being an older community,
Chatham Park does benefit from certain features that you do
not find in the newer homes, such as a larger swimming pool
for instance.
This is a very spacious home for a 3
bed and the resort is not without facilities.
There are tennis courts in Chatham
Park as well as a playground for children, and a bike path
for cyclists.
The view from this home looks over
the play area and it is extremely tranquil. Walt Disney
World is only about 5 miles away, Universal 20 minutes away,
Sea World 15 minutes and Kennedy Space Center about an hour
away.
There are plenty of local restaurants
and shops nearby, so Chatham Park has many things going for
it.
Park Forest is nicely furnished
though the taste will probably suit more mature clients.
There are many pictures and ornaments
in the home that do give it a warm, and homely feel.
It sleep 8 people comfortably but we
do try to limit the numbers to 6 to preserve the integrity
of the home.
The bedrooms consist of a master
bedroom, with a King size bed and full en-suite facilities
as well as a Queen size room and a pleasant twin room themed
for children.
There are TVs in all the bedrooms and
a sofa bed in the main living area. This home also has a
separate sitting area which provides even more space for the
family and a separate dining area too.
There is also a laundry room with a
full size washer and dryer, and a 2 car garage.
The main living area is well
furnished and has a 32 inch television and DVD player.
The kitchen is fully fitted too with
a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee
machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone, and you will
find all your crockery, and cutlery, as well as linens and
towels, supplied for your stay.
Sliding patio doors from the family
room open onto a covered patio, which features a superb
screened in swimming pool and a spa.
This pool is slightly bigger than
most other pools you get in newer homes and as we mentioned
before, the view from the pool is very nice and relaxing.
Park Forest, with the proximity it
enjoys to all the local amenities and attractions, and the
space it provides for families, is very attractively priced
and represents great value for money.
