Highland reserve is just 10-15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The 192 is nearby with a wide choice of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

If the guests are paying with cash, there will be a $250 security deposit due at the time of the balance.

All deposits will be refunded provided that cancellation is received before 60 days of the arrival date.

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Any monies paid over  the reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is in writing and sent to us within 90 days of the booking date.

In the event that cancellation occurs less than 60 days of the arrival date, your deposit will be refunded only if we can rebook you vacation dates with another guest.

Balance is due 45 days before arrival.

If there is less than 45 days before arrival, payment will be due in full!
