beautiful Orange groves on a quite estate of executive Villas.
With 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, One master suite leading onto the
patio with walk-in closet, bath, toilet and separate shower.
Ensuite Bedroom with bath and toilet leading on to the patio.
and two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom with toilet and bath.
The Villa has a very modern feel open and bright with lots of
space.
The covered entry leads to the foyer then into the living room and
separate dining room with the master bedroom to one side and the kitchen to the other
which leads to the nook, Family room and the tree further bedrooms and shared bathroom.
The living room has French doors leading to the pool to bring in
lots of light.
The outside of the Villa has a wonderful screened heated pool and
spa with a covered patio.
we have also added upgraded furniture and a BBQ so you can relax in
comfort whilst watching the Disney fireworks of Epcot which can be seen from Orange Tree
estate.
