Upstairs are two master suites with Queen-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. Also upstairs is a children's themed bedrooms (Winnie the Pooh) w/ 2 Twin beds, has a PS2. The Main Level features a King Master Ensuite, double closets (one for her & one for him), a safe, private entry into the pool & TV. There are also 2 other bedrooms on this level, 1 with a Full Size bed & another with 2 Twin beds, has a PS2.

All bedrooms have a cable TV. The family room includes a 32 inch cable TV, DVD. For your convenience & comfort, this home has an air conditioned game room!

CANCELLATION: Any cancellation prior to 46 days may have the deposit refunded. All cancellations will be subject to an administrative/cancellation fee of $50. Any cancellation within the 45 days of arrival may result in partial or total loss of any monies paid. Any refund of the monies paid is the sole decision of the property owner. As agents for the owners/managers, Disney Area Vacation Homes assumes no responsibility or liability for any refund. Payment of the rental(s) and/or deposit signify a commitment to complete the agreed upon rental. In some cases monies paid may be applied to a future stay, but not refunded.
