Further Description: Lake Berkley is considered to be
one of the best locations for holiday rentals in the
area. This villa is built on probably the best location
on the Estate, and is the closest to the small private
beach.
So . . . what makes Lake Berkley so special? First,
it is very close to all the attractions! Second, it is
gated for privacy and security. And thirdly, it has
excellent resort facilities, including a clubhouse, a
communal swimming pool and whirlpool, tennis courts,
volleyball, a picnic area with outdoor barbecues, a
private beach, a nature trail, a jogging track, and
great fishing from a pier.
So here we have the most perfect resort and we
believe our home is the best the resort has to offer. We
were the first to purchase a home on Lake Berkley and so
chose the best lot, south facing of course and naturally
we lake views on the best of the three lakes. The
properties south facing swimming pool, ha s an extended
pool deck, a spa, and pool waterfalls all custom
designed.
The home offers 2 lounges, formal and informal dining
areas, designer kitchen with filtered water and ice
dispenser, fabulous games room with a pool table, air
hockey, TV., DVD What more could you ask for? Well there
is a little more each bedroom has cable TV and the
family room TV has movie channels.
In addition for the convenience of our guests your
telephone calls whether local or international are on
us, yes we pick up the bill for your telephone calls, if
you want to ring friends and family in Australasia then
that’s fine by us. We have 3 double bedrooms 2 with king
size beds and one with a queen size bed, the other 4
have 2 single beds in each 2 of these rooms have a
single bed with the second single bed stored underneath
so the rooms can be used for single or double occupancy.
Two of the children’s bedrooms are themed with
painted murals. Three of the bedrooms have en-suites.
The resort also has a club house with Internet access,
small store, fitness centre and games machines, there is
also a licensed bar and live music most weekends.
If you want to leave your car at the villa and stroll
to one of the fine restaurants on the 192 the walk
should only take about 15-20 minutes however we do not
recommend this when it is very hot. ALL towels, pots and
pans, large assortment of dishes, cutlery, various
cooking utensils, assortment of glasses, telephone,
iron, ironing board, air conditioned, hair dryer, 8
TV’s, DVD, VCR. Pool table, air hockey.
