unit, very close to the main clubhouse and pool, Maharajah is
already proving to be a popular choice with our clients looking

Windsor Hills is a quiet, superbly
situated resort, very close to the Walt Disney World theme
parks, and is widely regarded as the premier vacation resort in
the Kissimmee area.
It is certainly one of the most popular,
and it is easy to see why.
The amenities are a major plus here and
include a superb games room, a fantastic oversized heated
community pool with a slide, a fitness centre, and clubhouse, to
name but a few!. There are also several other play areas
designed exclusively for children in a resort that very much
puts the family first.
There is also a small shop on site to buy
the essentials and a shuttle service to the theme parks is
available.
One point worth noting is that Windsor
Hills does not offer internet access, although there is a
'hotspot' just outside the main clubhouse where a signal can be
picked up for those with laptops.
Windsor Hills is less than 3 miles from
Walt Disney World, and about 20 minutes from Universal, 15
minutes from Sea World and an hour from Kennedy Space Center.
A 3 bedroom home, with 2 bathrooms,
Maharajah is a fourth storey unit and is extremely well
furnished with your comfort in mind.
It is different to other condos in that
it has very rich colors throughout and an emphasis on themed
rooms.
Each room has a color and theme which
only adds to the glamour of this very sought-after unit.
It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, but we
try to restrict occupancy to 6 to preserve the condition of the
home.
The bedrooms consist of 2 Masters both
with king size beds and full en-suite facilities, and a twin
room specially themed for children, with the theme being
princesses.
Other features of Maharajah include a
compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a
laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living
area also boasts a 51 inch television, with DVD player and sound
system. There is also a Playstation2 available and the home does
offer free high speed internet access and an upgraded cable
package, which includes HBO.
The kitchen is fully equipped too with a
dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine,
toaster, waste disposal and telephone.
All linens and towels are supplied for
your stay in all our homes, with all kitchen utensils and
crockery provided too.
Sliding patio doors from the living area
lead onto a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs.
It is just over a one minute walk to the
pool, and for those concerned about this being a fourth floor
unit, please note that there are elevators in Windsor Hills.

Cancellation Policy: The Guest may cancel
their booking at any time up to 7 days before the Rental Period.
In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the
Company will levy the following cancellation policy penalty
rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on booking
confirmation).
- Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50
administration fee plus tax
- Between 30 and 14 Days prior to
arrival, 25%
- Less than 14 Days prior to arrival, 50%
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100%
Cancellations at any time when the rental
period falls over Holidays and Peak Seasons are subject to a
100% of the total rental fee penalty.
The Company regrets that it is unable to
waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the
circumstances, and reminds clients that any refunds due to them
due to cancellation, which were originally paid by Credit Card,
will be subject to a 4% merchant fee to cover costs incurred by
