Further Description: Our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned fully furnished villa was completed in 2006, and is located in a small gated community. There is a family room off the kitchen area with a playstation 2 and selection of games, and for the adults a formal living/dining area where the adults can have a quiet drink and a chat while the children play on the ps2, providing everyone with the downtime needed after a long day at the many parks. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and corner bath and a walk in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and built in wardrobe, bedroom 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds in each and built in wardrobes, in the second bathroom is a bath with shower over, basin and wc.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with dining area, and a utility room with washer/dryer, iron & board.
