Lazy Bones Villa has 4 bedrooms each with its own television, 3 full bathrooms, a great room with 60" HDTV, living room, fully appointed eat-in kitchen w/seating for eight, dining room w/seating for six, laundry room, and double garage with remote automatic door opener.

From the moment you walk through the door, you will be impressed with its upscale furnishings, electronics, bedding, linens, and appliances. All you need to bring is clothes, everything else is provided - towels, linens, charcoal grill, toys, floor safe, washer & dryer, WIFI, broadband Internet and more are all there for you.

The villa's four bedrooms are not only beautiful but also great private retreats. Bedroom one is a king master suite with a U.S. king-size bed and ensuite bath w/double vanities, separate shower, garden tub, and WC. The shower and WC are fitted w/safety bars. Bedroom two is a queen master suite with a queen-size bed and separate bath s/single vanity, combination soaker tub & shower, and WC.

Bedroom three, decorated in a Princess theme, is perfect for little girls and big girls to enjoy being a princess in their own fantasy land. A Princess television and the inside toy box are in the Princess room. Bedroom four is themed in the classic "Mickey & Friends" decor appropriate for all ages and has its own X-box w/games. A Jack 'n Jill bathroom w/single vanity, combination soaker tub & shower, and WC is located between the two twin bedrooms.

Lazy Bones has two great gathering spaces, one inside and one outside. Inside is the open kitchen and great room with a huge 60" TV

Outside is the extended pool deck equipped for dining and sun bathing surrounding a private 16?x30? pool and stand alone hot tub. All inside a screen enclosure. Plus water toys in the deck box.

Local and toll-free phone calls are unlimited at no charge as is the security floor safe, baby crib, high-chair, stroller, WIFI and stand alone hot tub.

Lazy Bones is located in the back side of Lindfields Estates, which is the quiet side of Lindfields with quick and easy access via Formosa Gardens Blvd and Funie Steed Road.

Disney World and a number of golf courses (Champions Gate, Reunion, Orange Lake, Disney World, & Mystic Dunes) are only four miles/10 minutes drive. Several miniature golf courses, Super Wal-Mart, Super Target, three Publix grocery stores, a walk-in medical clinic, shops of all kinds and restaurants galore are three to five minutes drive.

A 13% tax is charged on nightly rental rates and pool heat per Osceola County Tax Board

7 days of less, full forfeiture of all monies

8 – 30 days, the equivalent of 3 nights rent

31 days+ $75.00 processing fee.
