*Check-in Time is after 4:00 pm and Check-out Time is before 10:00 am.

*Pool/Spa Heat is available year round at $175/weekly or $25/day.

*Should damage beyond normal wear and tear or theft occurs, you will be charged against your security deposit initially for the damage or stolen item(s) after your departure. If loss is more than the deposit, then you agree to be personally responsible.
Items in your home are inventoried before and after your visit. Please notify our office if any damage is noted or items missing upon your arrival.

*A cleaning fee is charged if stay is 6 nights or less. No cleaning fee for 7 or more night bookings.

Directions to your home will be sent to you by email with your confirmation. A lockbox at the front door allows access upon arrival and the number of lockbox will be sent to you by email 1 week prior your arrival.

Further Description: This lovely home is located at Lake Berkley Resort - an

upscale gated community exclusively for vacationers. It is manned with a 24hr security guard for extra security.

The home is luxurious and has been beautifully furnished to the highest standards throughout and is fully air conditioned.

It is only a 10 minute drive to Disney and a 15 minute drive to Sea World and Universal Studios.

There is a 24-hour Walmart Supercenter less than 1/2 mile away.

The home has a superb 12x26 screened-in swimming pool with extended sundeck that can be heated on request. The pool is west facing and has no adjacent rear properties overlooking it.

The accomodations are very spacious and includes all of the comforts of home.

On the 1st floor is the master bedroom, which has a huge king size bed ,luxurious en suite bathroom, 27" TV and a DVD/VCR combo. There is additional bedroom with 2 twin beds. Across the hall is a full bath.

There is a great room containing a 55" Projection TV with Home Theater System and Surround Sound with DVD/VCR Combo. There is an addition sitting area in the game romm with a 27" TV, DVD/VCR combo and boom box.

There is a kitchen with breakfast area and a formal dining room. All tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, refrigator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric grill, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, extra dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils.

There is also a utility room with washer/dryer and an iron with ironing board for your added convenience.

On the 2nd Floor there are 3 additional bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed with a 20" TV and a DVD Player. The 2nd bedroom contains two 2 full size beds with a 20" TV and DVD Player. The 3rd bedroom contains 2 twin size beds and a 20" TV. The bedrooms share a full size bathroom.

The home is supplied with all bed linen, towels and pool towels.
