Further Description: Our newly built executive villa has 3750 sqft of living space including sun deck for your comfort, completed to an extremely high standard and is situated on a premium lot which is not overlooked by neighbouring properties.

The villa , fully air conditioned and beautifully furnished, comprises 3 master en-suite bedrooms with king-size bed,plus Two Disney themed twin bedrooms with shared bathroom . All rooms have ceiling fans, Cable T.V, walk-in wardrobes and One master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool and patio area.

All linen and Towels are included and there is a hairdryer in each bathroom. Cot and highchair are also available at no extra cost.

There is a separate utility room with washer and separate dryer, Iron and ironing board. A double garage/games room and beautiful landscaped gardens.

There is a large family lounge with Cable T.V. and DVD player with movies, CD Player and telephone. The lounge overlooks the pool area with patio doors leading to the Sun Deck and pool.

The Sun Deck and pool features a heated oversize swimming pool

(30 x15ft) with under water lighting , Large heated Jacuzzi with water cascade and an extended south facing sun deck receiving the sun all day. There is a covered lanai for outside dining with ceiling fan. The outside dining area has views of grassed area and retention pond.

The open plan dining and kitchen area with patio doors leading to the sun deck and pool area, feature a large fully equipped kitchen with built in hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, dishwasher etc. there is a breakfast bar and a formal dinning table .

A cancellation of a booking between 10weeks - 12 weeks 30%

A cancellation of a booking between 8 weeks - 10 weeks 50%

A cancellation of a booking between 0 weeks - 8 weeks 100%

Cancellations for reasons beyond your control will be covered by your travel insurance. Cancellations due to financial reasons or simply no longer wishing to travel are not included.
