Further Description: Stunning villa with uninterrupted views of the tenth fairway of the Tom Watson Independence golf course at the Reunion Resort and Club of Orlando.

Reunion is an exclusive five star gated community just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and only 10 minutes from The Walt Disney Theme Park. Reunion is close to numerous other attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

The community is currently being realized on 2,300 acres of rolling terrain and includes three signature golf courses and miles of walking and biking trails.

Independence is our brand new villa for summer 2005, it includes numerous upgrades and is professionally furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

This luxurious villa has its own private screened pool with spa and is fully equipped with outside and pool furniture and bbq.

The villa has a telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fans and an integrated music system throughout. It is fully equipped with all linen, bath and pool towels.

The spacious master suit situated on the ground floor, it has poolside access and a king size bed, walk in closet and bathroom with walk in shower and twin washbasins. A gallery landing leads to four further bedrooms, two with queen size beds and two with twin beds. There are a further two family bathrooms.

All bedrooms are equipped with their own television, DVD and hairdryers.

The large open plan ground floor has a comfortable living area with a high vaulted ceiling overlooked by the gallery landing and is equipped with television and DVD. The formal dining area is furnished in the Arts and Crafts style with seating for six. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, the latest appliances, equipment and all necessary utensils, crockery and glassware. An informal dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with seating for eight.

The laundry room has a large capacity automatic washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Crib, high chair and cool boxes are also provided.

The Games Room has full size pool/billiards and Air Hockey tables.

Reunion is a gated community with 24 hour security. The villa is fitted with a full security and fire alarm system in addition to emergency lighting. All outside doors are fitted with child alarms and the pool is enclosed within a childproof safety fence.
