THE KITCHEN. Fully equipped with cathedral ceiling .Double sink, oversized fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob and microwave. The kitchen is fully tiled. The washer & dryer are located in a separate utility cupboard.

THE GREAT ROOM WITH CATHEDRAL CEILING . Luxury furniture which includes three large sofas one of which coverts into a double bed for extra guests, Large dining table with 8 chairs. Wide screen TV with cable and a choice of over 180 channels including 46 music channels. We also provide a DVD/VHS player and stereo. THE WINDSOR SUITE. Equipped with a Queen size bed, this stylish large suite is totally private with en-suite bath and shower. Cable TV with a choice of over 90 channels & DVD Player.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 The Sandringham Room and Balmoral Room share an en-suite that has access to both bedrooms, but separate lockable bath, shower and toilet facilities. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with plenty of storage space also Cable TV with a choice of over 90 channels & DVD player in each room.

Games Room. The double garage, which can be accessed from inside the villa, has been converted into a games room equipped with a full size Pool Table, Electronic Dart board, Sony Play Station 2 games console, Air Hockey, Football Table, TV with cable and a choice of over 90 channels Also a variety of board games is included.

The entire villa is fully AIR CONDITIONED and in addition there are ceiling fans in the great room, all bedrooms and on the covered lanai.

The pool is set on an extended pool deck and is enclosed by a screen which ensure that insects and leaves cannot get in but the sun rays can. The covered lanai / porch has plenty of luxury pool furniture and offers excellent shade, whilst the extended south facing pool deck ensures that sun-lovers have sun all day. There is also a gated child safety screen to the pool which can be removed if not required.
