Beautiful and very spacious Executive five bedroom three and a half bathroom villa with it's own Large South Facing heated pool, Games Room & Free High Speed Internet. Located at the very attractive entrance to Rolling Hills Estate at Formosa Gardens which is one of the closest sub divisions to Disney World. It is also very close to all the other major attractions and highway networks that Orlando has to offer, saving you time on travelling.

Our Villa is beautifully furnished with ample seating areas affording 2 lounge areas and 2 dining areas. Our well equipped kitchen has everything you need from a hot oven to ice. The Villa has 2 master (King & Queen) bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms, a superbly decorated double room (downstairs) and 2 twin bedded rooms which are decorated to the Nemo & Disney Princess themes for our 'younger guests' These two beautiful rooms share a large en-suite. Every room (including bedrooms) in our villa has it's own independent cable Tv and the lounge has a surround sound home theatre system with a wall mounted 37" LCD (HD)Tv. We also have a Desk Top Computer with High Speed Internet access for your use.

After a day at the many attractions, why not come back and relax by our poolside, if the sun's still shining, it'll be on our pool! There's ample poolside furniture for all the family/friends, or maybe have a BBQ outside, you can use ours. There's always our fantastic Games Room including an X Box games consul for you to use, or feeling energetic? Why not burn some of those Disney calories on our new Proform Treadmill (running machine)! In the evening, why not watch the Disney fireworks displays from our villa, there wonderful! We are confident that you will be more than happy with what we have to offer you for your memorable vacation that you will want to come back again and again for many a year.

For larger groups why not ask about renting Two Villas (side by side)! bookings permitting, we can arrange for our neighbours Villa to be available for the same dates (also 5 bedroom, South facing pool). There's no point going on vacation with friends and family and staying miles apart (well, in most cases anyway) when you could be only 20 ft. away.

Further Description: 5 Bed 3.5 Bath Villa (over 3000sqft of living space) with Large South facing private pool.

The living area is fully furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table, large screen cable TV, VCR, DVD player and a stereo music system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual conveniences including electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, filter coffee maker, blender, toaster, popcorn machine and other small appliances. The breakfast nook has a 5 seater table & chairs and a breakfast bar.

The grand room is luxuriously furnished with a formal dining area for 6 people and a separate sitting area with 2 elegant sofas.

The Master Bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor has a Queen size bed, 32" Cable TV and Video player, telephone, alarm, 2 walk in wardrobes, a dressing table and bedside tables. The en-suite has a large walk in shower and a twin vanity unit. The master suite also has a sitting area with patio doors leading out on to the pool.

Upstairs Master Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed, built in closet, TV and dresser with en-suite bathroom - roman bath and shower unit.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 are also situated upstairs and these are both lovely twin bedded rooms, which share a large en-suite bathroom with inter-lockable doors for privacy. These rooms also have TV s, closets and units

Bedroom 5 is situated on the ground floor and has twin beds, TV, dresser and a built in closet.

There is a separate utility room on the ground floor complete with washer and drier.

Our pool is large South Facing with enough deck space for all the family/friends to relax around together with a lanai for that added comfort. There is plenty of patio furniture around the pool and a large grassed area at the side of the villa for all to have fun and BBQ s. (We have an end villa).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will lose the deposit, unless cancelled more than 120 days prior to dates booked then all monies paid will be returned minus an admin charge of £25.

Cancellations of less than 60 days will lose all money paid. Please ensure you are covered with travel insurance, so that in the event of cancellations you have adequate cover.
