Descriptive Title of Home: This new (July '99) executive dream home is in the Hampton Lakes subdivision, off Hwy 27, about 12 miles from the Disney gate. It has five bedrooms, one King master with garden tub, a separate shower, and a walkout to the pool, the other King is on the second floor, decorated in a jungle theme with private bath.

Additionally on the first level, there is a Queen bedroom with private bath, two twin bedrooms with shared bath (one with bunk beds decorated in a Disney theme), and a sofa bed in the front living room. This allows up to 12 to sleep in comfort in this luxurious, elegant home.

The two master bedrooms each have TV's and VCR's for private relaxation. The patio, pool and spa are screened, and the pool/spa has heat available for cooler weather swimming comfort. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils provided. A 27" TV and VCR are provided in the family room. A formal dining room, with room for 6 around the large table, and a nook, also with a table for 6 are part of the layout. A crib and high chair are also included.

Access to all Orlando area parks is quick and easy, Cypress Gardens is about 20 minutes away and even Tampa's Busch Gardens is less than an hour away. If you feel the need to take a break from theme parks, dozens of golf courses are within 20 minutes drive of this home.
