Further Description: If you are looking for a perfect vacation in Central Florida, our villa offers it all! Southern Dunes is an ideal location for golfing holidays or visiting Disney and the other major attractions. Its golf course is listed in the Top 100 Modern Courses in America. Within a 2 minute drive there are shops, restaurants, fast food outlets, banks, fuel, pharmacy, a Blockbuster video rental shop and a 24 hour Wal-Mart superstore. Our villa has wonderful views over the 17th fairway from the extended pool deck. There is poolside furniture, a BBQ, and pool and patio lights for evening swimming.

Rates:

Low Season January, February, March, December $100 a night

Mid Season April, May, September, October, November, $125 a night

High Season June, July, August $140 a night

Exceptions Easter, Thanksgiving week, Christmas,

New Year $150 a night

A security deposit is required on arrival (credit card swipe or cash)

Cancellation Policy: The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation 29 to 56 days before arrival date - 50% of the total cost will be forfeited.

Cancellation within 28 days - total cost forfeited.

In such circumstances we would endeavor to re-rent the villa on similar terms. If successful, only the reservation deposit would be forfeited.
