You cannot find a closer resort community to Walt Disney World - only two miles and less than a five-minute drive away. We have another 6 bedroom home beside this one--Jura.

Our home provides professional decor which includes only the finest home furnishings. This home is perfect for everyone including families, golf groups, honeymooners, or even executive retreats. The yard includes an extended screened lanai with a private pool and spa. Children's Playground is just up the street!

Upstairs are two master suites with king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. Also upstairs are two children's themed bedrooms (Tinker Bell & Nemo) with twin beds, plus another large bedroom with Queen-sized bed. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the lower level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed.

All bedrooms have a cable TV. The family room includes a large screen cable TV, DVD, and surround sound stereo system. For your convenience, movie rentals are available on site in the clubhouse. We also provide high-speed Internet access throughout the home.

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. Some of the magnificent features of this community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children's playground. An enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool with pool tables, video game area, sundry shop, fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and high definition surround sound movie theater. There are other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding the double Olympic-size swimming pool creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family! Windsor Hills has all the amenities of a five-star hotel or resort, but with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of a private home.

In addition to Walt Disney World being less than five minutes away from the resort, Universal Studios and Sea World are also close by - just 15 minutes away. There is also a vast assortment of golf, shopping, and dining options nearby. \

CANCELLATION: Any cancellation prior to 46 days may have the deposit refunded. All cancellations will be subject to an administrative/cancellation fee of $50. Any cancellation within the 45 days of arrival may result in partial or total loss of any monies paid. Any refund of the monies paid is the sole decision of the property owner. As agents for the owners/managers, Disney Area Vacation Homes assumes no responsibility or liability for any refund. Payment of the rental(s) and/or deposit signify a commitment to complete the agreed upon rental. In some cases monies paid may be applied to a future stay, but not refunded.
