Further Description: Our luxurious villa accommodates up to 16 guests, it has 7 bedrooms consisting of 3 double rooms and 4 twin rooms. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper. There are a total of 4.5 bathrooms. The villa is positioned on a corner plot and features many upgrades from the standard home.

There is also a newly completed games room, perfect for keeping the kids happy when you are not busy at the theme parks. It features a 56" screen TV, pool table, air hockey and electronic darts. There are also high back leather chairs with built in massage facilities.

With its own pool, spa and extended decking you can relax and enjoy Florida's blazing sun, or if you prefer, shelter under the covered porch that extends the full length of the villa. As you can see in the photographs the home is designed with pool safety in mind and features a removable mesh fence to keep toddlers from entering the water.

This home is furnished to an executive standard, all we ask is that you keep it as such by respecting our home when you visit.

Don't forget the resort has its own full size pool also and fantastic other facilities not featured on most other communities. This makes Terra Verde stand out from the rest.

Terra Verde is an absolutely beautiful NEW resort that offers the BEST in vacationing! "Relax and recharge", those are the two rules of resort vacationing. Terra Verde is in the middle of all the action! A few minutes drive and you'll find the magic of DISNEY WORLD, the excitement of UNIVERSAL, and the wonders of SEA WORLD. All the other enjoyable attractions of the Orlando area are "just a stone's throw" away.

The resort is situated to the rear of Medieval Times off Highway 192. Which means it is right in the heart of the magic corridor of Orlando.

Only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World 15 minutes to Seaworld. 20 minutes to Universal Studios.

For any shopping / dinning needs, Wal-Mart and local restaurants are between 5 and 10 minutes away.

Do you like to eat? Who doesn't? Well, if you're hungry and feel like going out for something to eat, you'll be delighted with the myriad of choices you'll have. There are many great restaurants at affordable prices just down the road, along US 192, from Terra Verde. I will give you a list of my favorites which I'm sure you'll enjoy. Of course, if you prefer to stay home and cook a good meal, you can do that as well. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.

Location! location! location! no doubt heard that before! But its true. Location is very important when visiting Orlando. Not only do you need to be close to the major attractions you require a route to them which does not mean lengthy traffic jams. Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee, Florida is within easy reach of all major attractions and highways.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by you

Should you need to cancel your stay once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when we receive it in writing at our offices. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost of the booking excluding amendment charges. Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.

Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of any insurance policy you may have. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.

Changes and cancellation by us

Occasionally, we have to make changes to and correct errors in brochure and/or website descriptions and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel confirmed bookings. Whilst we always endeavor to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so.

If we have to make a significant change to or cancel your booking, we will tell you as soon as possible. We will endeavor to offer you an alternative should a significant change or cancellation occur.

We regret we cannot pay any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation.

Very rarely, we may be forced by "force majeure" (see clause 9) to change or terminate your stay after departure but before the scheduled end of your time away. This is extremely unlikely but if this situation does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds, pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses you incur as a result.

9. Force Majeure

We regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of "force majeure". In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
