Further Description: Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is Situated on the US27 just 15 minutes from Disney World and our "Florida Pearl" is located in this community. Our Florida Pearl is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom air conditioned villa with a large private screened pool.

This villa is spacious and comfortably furnished in a cool airy style and we hope you will fall in love with it. There is every modern convenience to enable you to have the holiday of a lifetime. It is close to the Wonderful World of Disneyland also the other attractions of the Orlando Area.

The main living area of our villa is the center of activity. there is cable TV and hi fi system and the fully equipped kitchen is cleverly positioned in the corner of the living area beside the breakfast nook. There is also a formal dining area which is easily accessible.

The bedrooms are located on either side of the living area. On one side there is a master suite with Queen size bed walk through closet, cable TV, vaulted ceiling and en suite facilities with full size tub and walk in shower. There is a twin bed room also on this side.

On the other side of the living area is a double room with adjoining bathroom and 2 more twin rooms which share a bathroom from which there is access to the pool the 28x14 foot pool is in a screened pool deck where there is a full complement of out door furniture
