Our six bedroom house is located just off US
Route 192 in the prestigious Formosa Gardens neighborhood. Formosa Gardens is a
gated and walled community located just three miles from Disney World and close to all the
other attractions, many Golf Courses and Shopping Malls.
Our house is designed with families in mind. This luxury home
has a Mickey Mouse shaped pool with a hot tub (7 feet in diameter) in one ear, a baby pool
in the other ear (7 feet in diameter), and an 18 foot diameter regular pool in the center
(ranging from three to five feet deep). Surrounding the west facing pool is a large deck
area equipped with plenty of sun loungers, tables and for those who require shade an
umbrella. The covered lanai has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and there is also a
gas barbecue grill to the side of the house.
The house offers two
Master Bedrooms, both with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. The house is perfect for
two families as the six bedrooms are split three on each floor. Upstairs has one Master
with King Bed, one Queen Bedroom, and one twin bedroom. Downstairs has the same.
The two twin bedrooms are decorated in Disney themes ~ Beauty
and the Beast downstairs and Toy Story upstairs. The twin rooms are equipped with kid size
table & chairs, bookshelves, books and tons of toys. The last two bedrooms offer
queen-size beds, with the upstairs one having a full size crib/cot . All of the bedrooms
are equipped with TVs, VCRs, and cable.
The king and queen bedrooms have cherry furniture including
the beds and dressers. Both twin rooms have top quality beds and Closets by Design, built
in closets. All of the bedrooms have top quality bedding (Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger,
Laura Ashley) and comfortable beds (double pillow top mattresses in the king and queen
rooms). All of the bathrooms have wall-mounted hair dryers.
Your family will also enjoy the other areas in the home
including a family room, living room, formal dining room, breakfast nook, and
fully-equipped kitchen. The living room offers a 43 inch big screen TV with a VCR, DVD
player, Tuner and Sony Playstation 2. The family room comes with a 36 inch TV, VCR, and
Nintendo 64 for the kids (or the kid in you!).
In the garage ‘Gamesroom’ we have a foosball table,
air hockey, darts and a cards table for your enjoyment.. There is also a wide range of
toys for the younger members of the family. For those who enjoy surfing the web or need to
catch up on work, our house offers a computer with Internet access.
Are there any train lovers in your family? Between the kitchen
and the breakfast nook there is a full size Thomas the Tank train table and Roundhouse Set
for the junior engineers!
After traveling with young children many times, we understand
how stressful it can be to travel without all of the "equipment" that you have
at home. With that in mind, we have tried to provide everything that a family with a young
child might need. Included in your rental
price are: Two cribs (one full size permanent crib/cot and one pack and play), two high
chairs, a Baby Monitor, a Graco baby swing, a Graco Deluxe Exersaucer, Fisher Price
Musical Bouncer Seat, Graco Doorway Jumper, Tape Players for bedtime music, a toddler bed
rail, gates for the top and bottom of the stairs, tons of toys, videos, and strollers (one
single stroller, one double stroller and one sit and stand stroller). There is also a
fully equipped laundry room!.
We have a 24 hour management
company in case you encounter any problems with your stay. Further, we are fully licensed
and registered with state and county officials. Our home is maintained with cleaning, pest
control, landscaping, and pool services regularly and alarmed by ADT.

Our house was designed with families in mind. This luxury home has a Mickey Mouse shaped
pool with a hot tub (7 feet diameter) in one ear, a 18 inch baby pool in the other ear
(also 7 feet diameter), and an 18 foot diameter regular pool in the center (ranging from
three to five feet deep). Surrounding the pool is a large deck area equipped with a
gas barbecue grill, a covered lanai, and plenty of lounge chairs. The deck area also has a
table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The house offers two Master Bedrooms, both with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. The
house is perfect for two families as the six bedrooms are split three on each floor.
Upstairs has one Master with King Bed, one Queen Bedroom, and one twin bed room.

The other bedrooms offer queen-size beds. ALL of the bedrooms are equipped with TVs, VCRs,

dresser. Both twin rooms will also have bed frames and dressers. We are committed to
having top quality bedding (250+ thread count sheets) and comfortable beds (900+ coil
count king mattresses with pillow tops). All of the bathrooms have wall-mounted hair
dryers. Pets are NOT allowed.
Other rooms in the home include a family room, living room, dining room, breakfast nook,
and fully-equipped kitchen. The living room offers a big screen TV. The family room comes
with a TV, VCR, and Sony Playstation for the kids (or the kid in you!). In the garage we
have added a ping pong table for your enjoyment. For those who enjoy surfing the web or
need to catch up on work, our house offers a computer with Internet access.
