Our Florida vacation homes is your home!  Welcome to Emerald Island Resort Luxury Villas, we would really like you to come and visit us here in Orlando. We are situated in the new wonderful resort of Emerald Isle, Kissimmee, which is just 2 miles from Disney off Highway 192. Please have a look around, and we hope you will come and have a magical holiday with us.

Less than 7 nights there is a one time cleaning fee.
$85.00

Deposit to reserve the home is $250.00.

(13% as of July 04) is charged on nightly rental rates and pool heat per Osceola County Tax Board.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR VACATION

*Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

*No smoking inside, any guest found in violation at anytime will be asked to leave. All monies for reservation will be forfeited.

*Check-in Time is after 4:00 pm and Check-out Time is before 10:00 am.

*Pool/Spa Heat is available year round at $175/weekly or $25/day.  Please note that if you do not pay for pool heat then the spa is unheated.

*Should damage beyond normal wear and tear or theft occurs, you will be charged against your security deposit initially for the damage or stolen item(s) after your departure. If loss is more than the deposit, then you agree to be personally responsible.
Items in your home are inventoried before and after your visit. Please notify our office if any damage is noted or items missing upon your arrival.

*A cleaning fee is charged if stay is 6 nights or less. No cleaning fee for 7 or more night bookings.

Directions to your home will be sent to you by email with your confirmation. A lockbox at the front door allows access upon arrival and the number of lockbox will be sent to you by email 1 week prior your arrival.
