pool! Plus the Jacuzzi and extended deck will help with the relaxing afternoon’s
pool side.
Every amenity has been added to ensure that your stay is
a one you will not forget.
The excitement begins with the Emerald Castle home before
you even pull onto the driveway! As you enter this prestigious subdivision you
will be greeted with the gold dolphin fountains just before the amenity filled
clubhouse! It’s got everything you could possibly desire in Emerald Isle; with
the tennis and volleyball courts, community pool, a children's play area and
many trails for jogging or hiking.
It’s also got a fitness room, sauna, steam room, and
Jacuzzi at your disposal along with a planned sundry shop and snack b ar. But
don't forget, this is only the beginning! Entering the home, you'll first come
to the family room opening up to the dining room with a bay window.
The kitchen is then further back with a cozy breakfast
nook for four and all the amenities of home. This home also has baby equipment
included.
The beautiful lounge has a 50 inch HDTV and DVD plus a
selection of movies, with cinema quality surround sound, and is more than enough
for entertaining the entire family. A master King Bedroom is downstairs with an
enormous master bath and its own door to the pool.
The games room is equipped with PS2 with games, pool
table, dart machine, air hockey table, TV, stereo, couch set and multi-gym for
those evenings spent at home.
This home has the added benefit of FREE UNLIMITED long

There is also a half bath downstairs just off of the
lounge. Going upstairs you'll come to the loft with a view of the lounge below.

Mickey mouse bathroom to go with it, and two other bedrooms with two twins in
each, one of them fit for a princess. Plus another bathroom for those rushed

Cancellation Policy:
Payment of Balance
The final balance is due 60 days
prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellations
Deposits are no refundable
Up to 60 days prior to arrival any
other monies paid other than the deposit are fully
refundable
If the rental is cancelled within 60 days, and we are able
to rebook the property with other guests, a full refund will
be given within 7 days. If we are unable to book the
property to other guests, no refund will be given and all
monies will be forfeited..
It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure that the
signed cancellation letter or E-mail reaches the owner.
The owners reserve the right to cancel any bookings
providing written notice is given and any balance paid
refunded. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond
our control, necessitate cancellation of the booking, we
will refund any monies paid to the party leader. (Without
interest, compensation or consequential loss of any kind).
No credit will be given for shortened
stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
No cancellations due to weather.
Force Majeure
As with any other holiday, there
maybe circumstances completely beyond our control and
contemplation, in which the property might not be available
for your booking. Examples of these circumstances include
(but are not limited to ) destruction of or severe damage to
the property. Such circumstances are referred to as Force
Majeure. In the event of Force Majeure the owners will
refund all monies paid. This will be the full extent of the
owners liability to you in such circumstances, and they
shall not be responsible for any other costs connected with
any such cancellation, howsoever arising.
