Further Description: This home is owned by experienced renters and we've used what we've learned from staying in other houses to make this house the best it can be.

If you're looking for a 5 bedroom home and your dates are available, we're sure you'll be very pleased with this home.

The location is in the closest residential area to Disney. There is a large shopping center less than a mile away with restaurants (Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Carrabbas Italian Grill, Giordano's Chicago Pizza, Cracker Barrel, Subway, Dairy Queen, Chinese Food, etc.) and supermarket, Eckerd Drug Store and a walk-in urgent care medical facility.

Eveything has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
All kitchen utensils and appliances are included as well as linens and towels.
All furnishings and amenities are of high quality as you'll notice from the moment you step through the front door.

1. $250 reservation deposit to hold the unit.

2. Balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

3. $500 damage deposit will be placed on a credit card 2-weeks prior to check-in.
This is released within 10 days after departure with no damage to the home.

4. Check in time is after 4 PM, check out is no later than 10 AM.

5. No pets and no smoking inside property.

6. The spa is heated at no charge. FREE POOL HEAT from October through May!! If you require pool heat June through September it is $25/day or $150/week.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds with in 6 weeks of arrival, only credit towards a future rental, minus the $250 reservation deposit.

Deposits are non refundable unless we can rebook the dates.
