ATTENTION IMPORTANT NOTE:
If guests are paying with a credit
card, there is no security deposit
collected. There is a hold of $250
until you leave on your credit card.
In the event there is any damage
Classic Management, Inc. will notify
you that they will be charging the
security deposit. If the guests are
paying with cash, there will be a
$250 security deposit due at the
time of the balance.

Reservations cannot be held until
the 30% reservation deposit is paid
and the booking forms are completed
and returned.
In the event of an emergency with
the selected home, Classic
Reservations has the right to
relocate the reservation to equal or
higher standards. This will be at no
additional cost to the renter. |
