special place like this.
My name is Tony. I am the new owner of this beautiful vacation home in an area that is
purely magic. This stunning brand-new family owned villa is a home away
from home while enjoying your relaxing holiday right on Disney's door-step
with easy access to Universal Studios and Sea world
right up I-4. The villa's location also makes it an ideal lodging for people attending the
Orange County Convention Center/Orlando Convention Center or conferences
in the Gaylord Palms. Your group attending a conference in either can save
a lot of money by renting my private villa: For the price of 1 up market hotel room you
can actually accommodate up to 14 people.
Doc's Magical Escape is located in Indian Creek Indian Creek is one of the closest communities to Disney, situated just 10
minutes away from Downtown Disney and the attractions are 3-4 miles as the crow flies and
only 1-2 miles from supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Any closer to Disney and you
would have to buy tickets! On site activities in Indian Creek include: Tennis Court,
Basketball Court, Putting Green and Children's Play Area. All of which are a short walk
from the villa.
The villa is fully licensed and is professionally maintained to the highest standards
by a locally based management company.
Not only is Indian Creek as near to Disney as possible - it's also a quiet and safe
community. Only two other estates equally close. Everything else is further away and
nobody wants to waste time in traffic when you can visit the parks and enjoy the
attractions, right?
About Doc's Magical Escape:
My six-bedroom (2 Master bedrooms), 4 bath executive family-owned
villa is brand-new. It has a top location in close proximity to Disney and all its
attractions for a fun-filled holiday vacation. No expenses have been spared to offer
everything to make your vacation in my home a memorable one. I pride myself in covering
every detail for your holiday vacation. It is important that my villa meets your
expectations. The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated. The floor area in the
family/dining room has been upgraded with tiles to create a clean and hygienic
environment. It's a very spacious home; the entire floor area is 2903 square feet.
The family room has a home entertainment center with a 32" TV,
multi-channel cable of course, Play station 2, wireless internet
access by high speed broadband. Bring your own laptop (even wireless) and you
have around the clock access to your e-mail. Each bedroom has a TV as well.
The house sleeps up to 14 people and a baby.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Maytag appliances, all dishes and cutlery to cater
to 14 people. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining-room which overlooks the pool and
Jacuzzi. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (Maytag as
well), iron and ironing board.
Our home has a 13 x 26 solar heated pool and Spa to
let you relax after a day of activities. The pool is fully enclosed in a screened
porch overlooking "Lake Mickey" which is a favored spot for some of
Florida's magnificent bird life. On the covered lanai you will find lounge chairs and 2
tables to relax by the pool. A safety net is in place to keep small children safe. Access
can be gained from either the family room, master bedroom or the second master bedroom.
The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced and if staying in the cooler season, gas pool
heat is optional and advisable if you want the pool to be nice and warm for hours of fun
or for little children.
Extra Info: The house is located by a pond, perched on a nature reserve. When you sit on the lanai you
first see the pool, beyond it the pond and looking to the left there is this jungle-like
wilderness. Well, maybe not jungle, but unspoiled wilderness nature reserve. I
wouldn't venture in there. You never know what is lurking
In the evenings, you can hear and see some of the fireworks in Epcot. They take place
at 9pm. Imagine taking a sip by the pool (or even in the Jacuzzi) and watching the
show.

A cleaning fee is charge for bookings of 6 nights or less: $120 + tax
There is a 4 night minimum during the low & Mid season and a 7
night minimum during the peak season and Festive Seasons.
2. To secure a booking, we need a deposit of 20% of the total rental
charge along with a signed rental agreement.
3. The balance is payable 60 days prior to your vacation.
4. For payment, you can send a certified check or Money Order. We also
accept all major credit cards through our management company. (Please note that credit
cards must be booked through the Management Company and rates may vary)
5. I will send you confirmation of your booking, an owner's
booking form that will reserve the requested time on our booking calendar.
6. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $150) are refunded if/when
the villa is re-rented.
7. No booking exists until the owner has confirmed receipt of the
completed booking form and 20% of the total rent due.
8. We strongly recommend to take out travel insurance and/or vacation
cancellation insurance, because you never know when you may need it.
Check-in/ Out: Check-in time is 4pm, check-out at 11am. Different times can be arranged with my
management company.
Parking: The garage offers space for 2 cars and is electronically operated, 2 more can be
parked in the driveway.
In compliance with the covenants, conditions and restrictions for Indian Creek no
parking is permitted in any easement areas or the street area in front of the house. In
addition, no truck larger than two tons in total weight, trailer, recreational vehicle,
boat or similar vehicles shall be stored, kept, or parked contiguous to, on or about any
lot.
All renters are advised to take out their own insurance especially in the light
of last year's hurricane experiences.

Smoking and pets: This is a non-smoking house. And sorry, no pets!
Towels and linens: Towels and bed linens for each occupant are in ample supply. But please bring
your beach towels for use around the pool.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. There is a one
time cleaning fee for stays less than 6 nights. Housekeeping can also be requested during
your stay for an added fee.
Infant Policy: Guests are responsible for the safety of all their children while the house meets
requirements for insurance. Please make sure the pool net is always closed if you have
small children.
Quiet time policy: Our policy is: Enjoy your vacation, but be considerate of needs of others,
please.
