TVs with DVD players are included in the two master bedrooms and DVD/VCR machines plus
CD/radios in the two twin rooms with a playstation in the kids twin. The eat-in kitchen
with ceramic tile flooring comes fully equipped with major appliances. A sleeper sofa in
the living room with luxurious furnishings throughout and HDTV in the family room.
The estate home also features a large home theatre movie room with 42? HDTV and DVD
player and a games room complete with pool table, Electronic Dart Board, Poker/game
playing table and a video arcade machine! With no less than 50 games to chose from.
There is also a PC with high speed internet access and printer(paper not provided) Also
included in the home theatre are movies for your enjoyment, please leave them for the next
guest to enjoy as well as games for the playstation. There is also a Philips wac Digital
music system capable of playing 750 CD Album titles both upstairs and downstairs.
A crib, highchair stroller and childrens cultery are provided ( please note, small crib
for babies up to 15 months old) .
The pool area provides you with everything you need for dining and entertainment right
here in your vacation home?a screened in lanai, 30?x15? pool with Jacuzzi and safety net,
luxury patio furniture and dining table with chairs.
