Fully screened 32'x 13' pool with optional heating and large deck/lanai area has the benefit of available sunshine from early morning. Located off route 192 and 2.5 miles from Disney. Close proximity to restaurants & shops. On-site amenities incl. basketball & tennis courts, playground/tot lot and putting green.

Rates: $125 per night
Check with management for Low and High Season Rates if applicable.

Policies:  Rental period begins at 4 pm on the day of arrival and 11 am on the day of departure. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of $25 will be collected by our Management Company on the morning after arrival. Pool heating request must be made at time of booking together with any additional requirements - e.g. Gas BBQ, Crib etc.
