Further Description: Our brand new four bedroom, rental villa is on
two stories and has been furnished to an exceptional standard by a professional interior
designer.
It offers two master bedrooms en-suite, one with a King bed (with
access directly to the pool) and one with a Queen bed. Two further twin bedrooms share a
bathroom.
The villa is very spacious with a large family room adjacent to the
kitchen and breakfast bar and with access directly to the pool. There is a separate
breakfast nook as well as a separate dining room. A further sitting room has a Queen sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could possibly need and
there are adequate supplies of towels and bed linen. A separate utility room houses the
washer and dryer, and its all brand new in March 2004.
The beautiful, heated pool is fully screened and backs onto open
land. There is a covered Lanai, pool side furniture, an outside shower and safety
equipment. All doors leading to the pool are alarmed.
Cots, strollers and high chairs are provided free of charge by our
excellent management company.
You couldn't possibly be disappointed with this villa.

Low Season - $100.00 per night plus 12% Florida tax
November to February (excluding Christmas)
Mid Season - $125.00 per night plus 12% Florida tax
March - June and October
High Season - $150.00 per night plus 12% Florida tax
July - September. Easter,Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year.
A deposit of $250.00 is required to secure a booking.
A security deposit of $250.00 is required to secure against any
damages and is paid separately by check. Upon completion of your holiday and an inspection
of the villa your deposit will be refunded to you.
Payment and balance information is send eight (8) weeks prior to
your arrival (when applicable). Final payment of the balance in full is due 45 days prior
to your arrival (when applicable) or is due in full at the time of booking when booking
the holiday less than 45 days prior to arrival.
