Lake Buena Vista Resort & Spa Management LLC is the Resort Hotel’s independent management company.  They are affiliated with Wellington Resort Management, which has been in operation in Orlando Florida for over sixteen years.  The team of talented individuals has a proven track record of success with a combined ninety years of experience in the resort management, hospitality, and marketing industry.  Established relationships in the travel industry, wholesale trade, e-commerce and corporate sales form a strong foundation to maximize cash flow.

Owners have the option of placing their condo in the rental program.  Lake Buena Vista Resort Management will oversee the following:

• Resort security
• Advertising and promotion
• Reservations for the resort
• Check-in and check-out services
• Housekeeping and maintenance
• Financial duties on behalf of unit owners
• Collection and distribution of Home Owners Association expenses
• Property common areas such as pool, fitness center and grounds maintenance

As an owner, it is reassuring to know that you have round-the-clock representation in the form of professional management.  If an issue should arise, the licensed property manager will act as your personal representative to resolve the situation.  A condo hotel is a convenient, upscale vacation home with luxurious accommodations and amenities.

Completely equipped, stunning kitchen facilities include all appliances, granite counter tops, rich wood cabinetry as well as washer and dryer. The stylish living room is outfitted with a comfy sofa sleeper, large plasma television with cable programming, and the patio door opens to a private balcony. Every bedroom has its own television and ceiling fan. The lavish master suite with whirlpool spa, beautiful granite counter top, walk-in shower, and king-size bed provides a relaxing retreat. Antigua The Antigua floor plan is the two bedroom, two bath luxury condominium.  Its roomy 1080 square feet (100.3 sq meters) has all of the amenities you desire in a condo and comfortably sleeps six.
Barbados The Barbados floor plan is the three bedroom, two bath prestigious condominium.  It is 1253 square feet (116.4 square meters).  This spacious condo sports an elegant master suite with king-size bed and two guest bedrooms providing accommodations for eight people.

Orlando Resort Spa

The Reception and Spa Building is currently under development.  This distinctive, extravagant building will house a grand lobby and front desk and will accommodate a 9000 square foot international health spa, and a fine-dining restaurant on the second floor. These unique, limited availability two bedroom, two bath condominiums will have fully appointed upgrades throughout including stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen and outfitted for in-room spa services. The lobby will house a comfortable “living room” with fireplace, coffee bar and lounge. There will be a fully staffed concierge service to meet your needs, including arranging transportation to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld, car rental and making reservations for shows, dining, and golf packages. Room service will be available.
