Descriptive Information: Comrow Rene sleeps 8 people but
we restrict the number of guests to 6 to protect the
integrity of the home.
The bedrooms consist of a Master with a King size bed and
full en-suite facilities, a Queen bedroom also and a very
pleasant twin room, with a shared bathroom between the two.
Other features of Comrow Rene include a compact kitchen,
spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room
with a full size washer and dryer.
The main living area also boasts a 32 inch flat screen
television, with DVD player and sound system.
There is also wireless internet access throughout the
condo, which is supplied complimentary to our guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped too with a dishwasher,
microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine,
toaster, waste disposal and telephone.
All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all
our homes, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided
too.
A door from the living area leads onto a small screened
balcony furnished with a table and chairs.
This superb home does have something though that most
condos do not, which is a poolside location. This is one of
the closest blocks to the main clubhouse, and it is less
than a minute to walk to the pool, and for those concerned
about this being a fourth floor unit, please note that there
are elevators in Windsor Hills, something we are often asked
about.
Comrow Rene is one of our more popular units and given
its location and facilities it is likely to remain so.

offer: The Windsor Hills Resort is a brand new, 24-hour
secure gated resort community located less than 2 miles from
Walt Disney World!
Windsor Hills offers all of the amenities you would
expect in a five-star resort complex, including a double
Olympic size swimming pool with a water park quality slide,
spa, fountains, toddler area and a palm tree lined sun deck
with luxurious lounge chairs.
The entire family could enjoy an entire vacation just
playing and relaxing in this amazing water complex!. Walt
Disney World is only a 5 minute drive away from the magic
too. Indeed, there are resorts on Disney property that are
farther from some of the parks than Windsor Hills.
You can visit the parks in the morning, come back for a
dip in the pool and be back in the parks for dinner and
fireworks with ease. Sounds good doesn't it?
The other Orlando attractions like Sea World, Universal
and International Drive are less than 20 minutes away.
For golfers, there is a course right next door at Mystic
Dunes where we get very advantageous rates, and the fabulous
Disney courses (as well as the championship courses at
Reunion and Champions Gate) are less than 10 minutes away!

Cancellation Policy: The Guest may cancel their booking
at any time up to 7 days before the Rental Period. In the
event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the
Company will levy the following cancellation policy penalty
rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on booking
confirmation).
- Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50 administration fee.
- Between 30 and 14 Days prior to arrival, 25%
- Less than 14 Days prior to arrival, 50%
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100%
Cancellations at any time when the rental period falls
over Holidays and Peak Seasons are subject to a 100% of the
total rental fee penalty.
The Company regrets that it is unable to waive any of the
cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstances, and
reminds clients that any refunds due to them due to
cancellation, which were originally paid by Credit Card,
will be subject to a 4% merchant fee to cover costs incurred
by The company in processing the original reservation.
