The location of our villa offers the highest amount of privacy overlooking a beautiful lake with unspoiled views of wetland and woodland nature preserve beyond providing the backdrop. The southerly facing pool deck has been extended toward the lake to ensure ample room for all of our guests to enjoy the Florida sun comfortably. Inside the villa has been furnished to extremely high standards with four poster beds, luxurious top grade leather and pillow quality bedding throughout. We want to provide our guests with the ultimate holiday experience and no stone has been left unturned when it comes to luxury and comfort. Cleaning will take place not only before and after your stay but also during as well. Linen and towel changes and a quick clean will happen on a regular basis. Due to the fact that we are offering an extremely high quality product we regret that the villa will only sleep 14 persons plus infants. We decided that we ourselves would not be happy about sleeping in a sofa bed as they do not offer the comfort of a real bed with pillow quality bedding and are hassle to make every night. We do not want to confuse quality with quantity so for this reason we have decided not to provide a sofa bed in the second living room.
