The Clockhouse is a superb 5 bed/5 bath
home in the very sought after resort of Windsor Hills. Located
very close to the superb facilities on offer at this resort,
this home also boasts a host of TVs/DVDs, a PS2 and a fully
equipped games room.

Windsor Hills is a quiet, superbly
situated resort, very close to the Walt Disney World theme
parks, and is widely regarded as the premier vacation resort in
the Kissimmee area.
It is certainly one of the most popular,
and it is easy to see why.
The amenities are a major plus here and
include a superb games room, a fantastic oversized heated
community pool with a slide, a fitness centre, and clubhouse, to
name but a few!. There are also several other play areas
designed exclusively for children in a resort that very much
puts the family first.
There is also a small shop on site to buy
the essentials and a shuttle service to the theme parks is
available.
One point worth noting is that Windsor
Hills does not offer internet access, although there is a
'hotspot' just outside the main clubhouse where a signal can be
picked up for those with laptops.
Windsor Hills is less than 3 miles from
Walt Disney World, and about 20 minutes from Universal, 15
minutes from Sea World and an hour from Kennedy Space Center.
A 5 bedroom home, with an astonishing 5
bathrooms, The Clockhouse is superbly furnished to a very high
standard with your comfort in mind.
It sleeps 10-12 people, though we do try
to restrict the numbers to protect the integrity of it. The
bedrooms consist of two Masters, both with king size beds, and
full en-suite facilities.
There is also 1 other queen bedroom and 2
twins, one of which is themed for children.
There are TVs and DVDs in every bedroom,
and there is a sofa bed in the main living area too.
Other features of The Clockhouse include
a spacious kitchen, a very large living room, separate dining
area, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a two
car garage.
The main living area is extremely well
furnished and has a 32 inch television and DVD player, as well
as a sound system.
There is also a Play station 2 console in
the home and every effort has been made to cater for each member
of the family.
The home also has high-speed internet
access, which is complimentary to all guests.
The kitchen is fully fitted too with a
dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine,
toaster, waste disposal and telephone, and you will find all
your crockery, and cutlery, as well as linens and towels,
supplied for your stay.
Sliding patio doors from the family room
open onto a covered patio, which features a superb screened in
swimming pool, and a spa.
For families, it is worth noting too that
this pool area has a child safety net installed for your added
security.
To the rear, there is a view of other
areas that may be of interest, notably a play area and a tennis

Cancellation Policy: The Guest may cancel
their booking at any time up to 7 days before the Rental Period.
In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the
Company will levy the following cancellation policy penalty
rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on booking
confirmation).
- Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50
administration fee plus tax
- Between 30 and 14 Days prior to
arrival, 25%
- Less than 14 Days prior to arrival, 50%
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100%
Cancellations at any time when the rental
period falls over Holidays and Peak Seasons are subject to a
100% of the total rental fee penalty.
The Company regrets that it is unable to
waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the
circumstances, and reminds clients that any refunds due to them
due to cancellation, which were originally paid by Credit Card,
will be subject to a 4% merchant fee to cover costs incurred by
